Approach

We recognize Enterprise Architecture as a key enabler for identifying and implementing performance boosters and cost reduction opportunities for companies whose core business strategies rely heavily on IT. Our main focus in the beginning of an Information Systems strategy planning assignment is to capture and model the organizationīs business architecture. This provides the foundation from which we define integrated and adaptive IT architectures capable of evolving with and supporting the corporate strategy. While Enterprise Architecture is our preferred approach for Information Systems planning, we use The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) as the first choice in our assignments. We encourage and support customers in their efforts to build Enterprise Architecture management practice with the implementation of TOGAF as the framework from which we derive and adapt organization-specific structures, processes, methods and tools. Our engagement does not stop with the definition of actions. Frequently we actively support strategy implementation in the role of project managers, helping our customers to transform concepts into tangible benefits. |
